Just one of those little perfections of Nature... now I'm thinking it makes sense that we have a community of animals (rabbits, skunk, deer, birds, etc...) around here since they certainly are being provided with plenty of food to eat!

My mother came home with a bunch of blackberries yesterday -- you wouldn't happen to want to post the recipe for that yummy-looking drink, would you? :)

We were lucky enough to find some blackberry cabernet sorbet, and just mixed it up with some seltzer (I think it was raspberry or pomegranate... but maybe it was blackberry too), topped off with the fresh mint :)
