Tintern Abegavenny etc
May. 8th, 2006 02:34 pmWe just realized in order to get messages off our phone, it's charged as an international call, so this is the best way to get in touch with us for setting up/coordinating times & places... So just leave a comment here, and I'll check in and respond ASAP. :)
Driving, we figured out that it will be best if we can drive into London directly from Tintern, because it will save a good two hours at least each way, as compared to driving from Tintern to Cornwall, and back up towards London. We're thinking it's best to do Abergavenny one day, stay overnight, and do Tintern the next day.
Libby, do you have any recommendations of good/inexpensive places to stay overnight in Wales?
Claire, since you mentioned needing to be in London on the 14th as well, Sue has a friend with an empty flat while she is in the US, and she's already posting us the keys so we'll have a place to stay in town.
Just comment here with any questions, so we can all get on the same page :)
Otherwise, Sue's home number (please keep this private) is: 01208 832 336.
