2007 celebrates our 13th year since the release of our first catalogue of "Gothickry to wear amoungst the shadows of the night". In celebration of this, and just in time for the upcoming warmer weather, it's about time that we release some decadent new t-shirt designs! You wouldn't believe how many I've come up with over the years, but now is the time to finally get some of these off the drawing board, and make them real.
The very first set is about to go to press, so I'm currently offering these in a pre-sale. We're having a custom ink specially made to print these up with, so they will be black backgrounds with white, silver and shimmering purple accents.
The "Bat" design is an original illustration I created, inspired by an embroidered motif on a piece of Asian silk brocade in my personal collection. These are the bats which appear on my business cards as well:

The "Hourglass" design was a specially commissioned artwork that Monica Richards created for me based on an early 20th century deco/nouveau piece:

Styles & Prices:
T-shirts $15
Babydoll tees $17
Ordering:
You can find all of the details on how to order here: http://www.kambriel.com/tshirt.html
Otherwise, you can pay with PayPal or place your order with a credit card through my website's secure online order form. Just be sure to mention whether you would like to order the "Bat" or "Hourglass" design (or both!) and which style (regular T, or fitted T) in which size (from S-XXL)
Shipping will be $5 for the first shirt, and $3 for any additional shirts being shipped to the same address (please double shipping for international orders). I should have these ready in time for Convergence, so for those of you who will be there, we could arrange for in-person pick up if you want to save on shipping :)
Enjoy!

Date: 2007-04-26 07:18 pm (UTC)I'm curious, could you ask your hubby which one he'd prefer wearing as a guy? I'm thinking men might like the bats better, but would be interested in his opinion...

Date: 2007-05-01 12:34 pm (UTC)I'm ok....thanks for asking. :) I have been quiet and am working up to making a bit more noise one way or another, other than my goofy singing to the dog and cats, of course.

Date: 2007-04-30 03:36 am (UTC)This image hopefully won't cause any problems like that (it better not, because I want to wear it too), I think I remember it being around 9" wide. If you're uncertain and want to let me know what size you would get if it *did* work, I could order one for now, and you can decide if you want to get it once you see it in person at C13...
The Bats are a safe choice otherwise, since they're centered. I actually did consider this "phenomena" in advance in order to make sure they won't cause any problems for us gals! :)

Date: 2007-04-30 06:36 am (UTC)oh dear, if it's 9" wide it'll certainly extend into and past the "stretch zone", unless i got a size large, which may or may not work depending on the fit (if it gets too baggy 'round the middle i feel frumpy and end up never wearing it). perhaps i better wait until convergence to try one on. are you ordering a stock to bring to C13 aside from the pre-orders attending? if so i'd definitely love to try it in large, and barring that, i'd get a bat design in medium.
i should probably also pester you about the order details itself, korina and i have played around with the concept of getting an illustration or two printed on shirts for sale.

Date: 2007-04-30 03:18 pm (UTC)At this point, I'm not really planning on ordering too many extra, basically just bringing what I need, but if you want to order a bat in medium for now, I can get that for you and I'll see if I can add an extra hourglass in L to bring for you to check out in person.
I'd be happy to share the details with you and korina ~ I'd love to see what you are thinking of having made!
