The whole shoot went so well, I had no idea it was the anniversary, but at times it did feel like there was a presence, certainly as soon as I changed into the gown the shoot got 100% better. I was going to mention it to the photographer but his mother died before Christmas and we were shooting in the studio at her old house and I thought it might have upset him.

Then on the way back a woman honked her horn at me and I didn't know what it was for so kept going, then she doubled back on herself and pulled up and said she thought I'd dropped something further back. I thanked her and went back and realised it was my all time favourite corset in the world...it was the kindness of strangers but having worn the dress all night and had a wonderful evening I'd like to think it was the dress that had something to do with it.

I just passed mine today in it's storage bag and petted it. Had no idea why. With all my personal stuff going on, had let the day's date slip by me. Was nice to see Kambriel say something and remind me. My heart feels warmer knowing some never forget others.
