Here are a couple of Information Society photos showing them wearing the custom-made coats I created for their tour. Thanks to Kyle Cassidy for the photos!



You can click on this second picture for a close-up view, showing more of things like the quilted details of Kurt's collar and cuffs:



The original plan was to just loan the coats for the duration of the tour, but apparently they've really enjoyed wearing them and may end up wanting to keep them for personal use :) (Don't worry, christianet, I'll still make one for your guy, but the fabric might need to be a bit different.)

Thanks! It's weird the wool we found was *perfect* for these in weight and finish, but then the supply of it disappeared when we went back to get more... it must have just been meant to be and available only for that moment in time!

January's been a bit of a low month for me so far, but I hope things start sorting themselves out soon. I'm trying to work on 3 new masks (which I hope to offer as pieces I can make to order) I think one of them 'Opium' may be just your sort of lady. If she works out well and you think you could work with her, perhaps she could come and pay you a visit...lol :)))

Awww, I had a feeling they'd want to keep those coats! But they all looked so good in them, it would have been a shame for them to give them up. At any rate, I think making Thom a custom one of those would be the way to go, that way I know it will fit him perfectly.

I'm not sure if they are keeping these yet, just waiting to hear back from them about it ~ if they don't, and you think the one would fit well, I'd definitely recommend getting the original because that fabric was fabulous and I haven't been able to find any more of it since.
