Cat & Tim's custom Kambriel wedding ensembles

For the upcoming wedding of meiow and timswar!

These are somewhat "unfinished" since his jacket and pants are still being worked on, and her outfit will incorporate a corset she had made by blackrayne with accent panels of embroidered silk to match the jacket. All I can say is certain gentlemen out there will be of a most covetous nature regarding Tim's impending dapperness with this outfit to-be. He'll be dressed a la Gary Oldman in "Dracula" ~ from the daylight scene on the streets of London, wearing the dove grey suit... here's a preview of the light grey cotton Aramis shirt, plum silk ascot, and dove grey matte satin waistcoat:



Peacock lace neckline embellishment with glass beads, soutache, sequins and pearls:

I detected a bit of a peacock undercurrent of a theme for the wedding, so I couldn't help myself when I realized I had those appliques on hand ~ I had a batch I dyed in the past, but as luck would have it there were still some original ivory ones as well :)

I keep picturing it with that glorious corset you made, and I think that's the piece which will help bring it all together! You even made me change my mind on the bias lacing contrasts for the back of the jacket ~ originally they were going to be teal, but I went with a more muted tan/taupe silk that looked like it would be a good match with the contrast silk you used :)

I cannot wait to see the ensemble in it's entirety on Cat. She's got such a great figure for this style of clothing.

And the contrast color was totally her idea... I love how it turned out though.
